Felicia took the time to answer and carefully explain all of our questions. She replied to our many phone calls promptly and even after hours. She always made time for us and treated us as if we were her only clients. While showing us homes, she was quick to notice and point out things that we would have otherwise missed. Our home purchase ran into quite a few hiccups and Felicia tackled them all diligently. We cannot thank her enough for her efforts and will definitely be working with her again
